Miracle Health (“we”) runs the Miracle Health community at community.miraclehealth.us and this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the community, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@miraclehealth.us.
The short version
- You sign in with your phone number. Nobody else ever sees it.
- What you post about your health is stored, shown to other signed-in members under your handle, and read by Miracle AI to apply the rules and count toward the Community Signal.
- We don’t sell your information, show ads, or use tracking cookies.
- You can delete your account, and everything you wrote, at any time.
What we collect
Your account. Your phone number (to send sign-in codes), your handle, the invite code you joined with, your confirmation that you’re 18 or older, the version of the community rules you accepted, and when you agreed to how your health posts are handled.
What you share. Posts, comments, votes, “same for me” taps, stickers, the spaces you join, and the reports you file about posts that may break the rules. Posts are about your own experience with peptides, so they can include health information: what you took, why, for how long, what changed and any side effects.
Miracle AI’s read of your posts. For each post: whether it’s a first-hand report; whether things got better, stayed the same or got worse; for how long; any side effects; and whether it may break a rule. You can confirm or correct the read on your post.
Your activity in the community. Points, emblems, badges and notifications, and moderation records (what was reviewed, held or removed, and why).
Technical information. Like most online services, the companies that host the community keep short-lived logs of requests, including IP addresses and browser details, for security and to keep the service running. The app keeps your sign-in session in your browser’s storage. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To run your account and the community: sign-in, posts, votes, notifications, points and emblems.
- To build the Community Signal: one number per compound, calculated from many members’ reports. The number never shows who contributed.
- To keep the community safe: applying the rules (Miracle AI’s read, member reports and moderators’ decisions) and stopping spam, fake accounts and abuse.
- To answer you when you write to us.
We don’t sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers.
Who sees what
- Other members see your handle, posts, comments, emblem and badges. Posts and comments are visible only to signed-in members, not to the public.
- Nobody sees your phone number, or who voted, who said “same for me”, who sent a sticker, who joined which space, or who reported whom.
- Moderators see reports, posts held for review and Miracle AI’s reads, so they can enforce the rules.
Companies that process it for us
- Supabase hosts the community’s database and sign-in.
- Twilio sends your sign-in codes, so it receives your phone number.
- Anthropic runs Claude, the model behind Miracle AI. Each new post and comment is sent to it to check against the rules and to read the outcome. Anthropic’s commercial terms don’t allow it to train its models on this content.
- GitHub hosts these web pages and the community’s app files.
They use the information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, posts, comments and votes are deleted right away. Reports you filed about other members’ posts stay, without your name. Backups and the hosting companies’ logs expire on their own schedules.
Your choices
- Correct the read. Confirm or correct Miracle AI’s read on any of your posts.
- Edit or delete your posts and comments at any time.
- Delete your account in the app (Account, then Delete my account). This removes everything you wrote.
- Ask us at hello@miraclehealth.us for a copy of your information, to correct or delete it, or to withdraw your consent. Depending on where you live (for example California, Washington or Nevada), the law gives you specific rights over your personal and health information. We honor these requests for everyone.
Adults only
The community is for people 18 and older. We close accounts that look like they belong to someone younger.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), the database’s access rules let each member reach only what they’re allowed to, and sign-in uses one-time codes. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects your information, we’ll tell you.
Not medical advice
Miracle Health is a place to share experiences. Nothing here is medical advice: talk to a clinician before you start, stop or change anything. In a crisis, call or text 988 (US).
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top and tell members in the community before significant changes take effect.
