These terms are the agreement between you and Miracle Health (“we”) for using the Miracle Health community at community.miraclehealth.us and this website. By joining or using the community, you agree to them, to the community rules, and to how the privacy notice says we handle your information.
1. Who can join
You must be 18 or older and join with an invite. One person, one account. Keep your phone and your sign-in codes to yourself: you’re responsible for what happens on your account.
2. The community rules
The community rules, shown in the app, are part of these terms. In short: no sourcing or selling; share what you did, not what others should do; experiences, not medical advice; be decent; keep people private; no spam or self-promotion; stay on peptides; adults only; be honest. Breaking them can get posts removed and accounts suspended or closed.
3. Not medical advice
Everything in the community, including posts, Miracle AI’s reads and the Community Signal, is people’s reported experience. It isn’t medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it isn’t a recommendation to take anything. The Community Signal summarizes what members and public forums report; it isn’t a clinical measure of safety or effectiveness.
Talk to a licensed clinician before you start, stop or change anything. If you have a bad reaction, get medical help now: call 911, or Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. In a crisis, call or text 988 (US).
4. What you post
You own what you post. You give Miracle Health a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show and process it to run the community: showing it to members, having Miracle AI read it, and counting it toward the Community Signal. When you delete a post or your account, we stop showing it; totals already calculated from many members’ reports may remain. Only post what you have the right to share.
5. Moderation
We may review, hold, remove or restore posts and comments, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the rules. Miracle AI does a first read and moderators decide. Miracle AI can make mistakes: you can confirm or correct its read on your posts, and moderators look at what it holds back.
6. Points, emblems and badges
They’re for taking part. They have no cash value, can’t be sold or transferred, and we may adjust them, for example to undo cheating.
7. The service
The community is new and still changing. We may change, pause or end features, or the whole service, at any time. We provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Miracle Health isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on what you read in the community, and our total liability for any claim is limited to 100 US dollars.
9. Leaving
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account, then Delete my account). We may close accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and tell members in the community before significant changes take effect. Using the community after that means you accept the new terms.
